Q: Does GUESSbyMarciano.com accept international orders?
A: At this time, we are only able to accept orders within the 48 continental United
States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A: If you provided a valid e-mail address during the Checkout process, you will
receive two e-mails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of
your order. The second e-mail notifies you your order has shipped, and also contains
your GUESSbyMarciano.com order tracking number.
Changes To Your Order
Q: Can I make changes to my online order?
A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently,
once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Q: When is my order shipped?
A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please
allow for an average of one additional business day for processing.
For expedited
shipping, orders must be made before 12:00pm Eastern time to guarantee that your
order is processed same day. If your shipping information does not match
your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. For consumer
protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization
and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your
order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays.
No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery
time depends on the chosen shipping method.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Your GUESS by Marciano tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation
e-mail. You can also track the status of your order by
clicking here. NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information
is available online.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you have not
yet received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-866-44-MARCIANO
(62724) to cancel your order.
GIFT ORDERS
Q: How do I place a gift order?
A: When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout
process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no
pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief
message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
GIFT CARDS
Q: Can I purchase or redeem a GUESS by Marciano Gift Card online?
A: If you're interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please visit a GUESS by Marciano
or GUESS Retail Store. For a list of locations, visit the
Store Locator. Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering
the Gift Card and PIN numbers during checkout. If you'd like to check your balance,

NOTE: When using a gift card, please do not discard it after use. If you
choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise
will be credited back onto your gift card.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Q: What if I place an order and GUESSbyMarciano.com doesn't have the item in stock?
A: While we make every effort to maintain a live stream inventory, occasionally
we may run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original
order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Q: How should I care for my GUESS by Marciano garments?
A: To fully enjoy your new GUESS by Marciano products, make sure you read the product
labels and follow the care instructions. Here are a few more tips for keeping your
items looking their very best.
For Dark Denims: Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to the water when you wash
your jeans for the very first time. This helps to set the dark dye in the fabric.
Always wash denim inside out, zipper up, to prevent excess wear and delay fading.
For Ribbed Knits: To maintain an item's original shape, wash it in cold
water and dry flat. To shrink the item, wash in warm water and dry in hot air.
For Silk Screened Items: Wash items inside out, and lay flat to dry or
dry using cool air. Use fabric softener to keep the items soft.
For Items Decorated With Rhinestones Or Glitter: Follow the same instructions
for Silk Screened items.
