An E-Gif card is an electronic gift card perfect for any time of the year. Select the amount you would like to give (between $25 and $500) and select the date you want to send it. We e-mail it to the recipient's inbox. It's that simple!

Classic Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be redeemed at any GUESS, Marciano, G by GUESS or GUESS Factory branded retail stores or online stores in the United States and Canada. Classic Gift Card: To redeem in-store, present Gift Card to the associate at checkout before beginning the transaction. To redeem online, during checkout enter your Gift Card number, pin number and click apply. E-Gift Card: To redeem in-store, simply present your E-Gift Card email (printed out or on your mobile device) to the associate at checkout before beginning the transaction. To redeem online, press the “Click to Activate” link located at the bottom of your original E-Gift Card email. You will then be redirected to a separate page with your pin number. You will need to enter both your 16 digit E-Gift Card number and your 8 digit pin number on the payment page during checkout.

Order processing times may vary by the time of day the order is placed, but the recipient will normally receive the E-Gift Card within six hours after the order is placed and payment is authorized and verified. E-Gift Cards purchased after 3:00 p.m. (PT) Monday through Friday will not be processed until the following day. E-Gift Cards purchased after 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Saturday, or on Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

You may select to send an E-Gift Card to a recipient up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Your credit card will be billed on the date of purchase.

You may purchase an unlimited number of Classic Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards; however, the total value of Gift Cards purchased may not exceed $1,500 in one order.

Visit any GUESS, Marciano, GUESS Factory or G by GUESS store to add additional money to your Classic Gift Card. You may not add additional money to an E-Gift Card.

You may redeem up to three Classic Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards per online order for a total of up to $1000.00 on a single transaction.

We offer free Ground shipping and expedited shipping (for an additional charge) for our Classic Gift Cards. There is no shipping charge for the E-Gift Card.

E-Gift Cards are delivered via e-mail to the recipient. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address or a nonexistent e-mail address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
