Where I can track the status of my order?
Your Marciano tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Marciano Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Marciano tracking number.
What payment methods are accepted?
Marciano Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Gift Cards. Please note that PayPal and Gift Cards cannot be combined at this time. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your financial institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. Marciano reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
How do I place a gift order?
When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
