What is In-Store Pickup?
For your convenience some of our items are eligible to be ordered and paid for online and picked up at a store near you.
What is Curbside Pickup?
Some of our stores offer the option to have your items delivered directly to your vehicle for a contactless shopping experience.
Which stores have In-Store Pickup and/or Curbside Pickup?
Use the Find In Store/Pickup feature on the product detail page to find a participating store. We'll be adding new locations frequently. Each store name will also indicate if the store offers In-Store Pickup, Curbside Pickup or both options. Pickup locations for Curbside Pickup will be provided in the order confirmation emails.
How do I place an order for In-Store Pickup?
To see if an item is eligible for In-Store Pickup, look for the Find in Store/Pickup option on the Products page. Simply select the color, size and quantity (if applicable). Find your closest store location by typing in your ZIP code or postal code, select your store location and click on “Pick up in-store”. Generally, orders placed by 2 p.m.(local time) will be ready for pickup on the same day that youplace your order. Orders placed after 2 p.m.(local time) will be ready by the time the store opens the next day. You will receive an order confirmation email that the order has been placed and a second email once the order is ready. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before going to the store to pick up the order.
How can I guarantee that an item will be ready for pick up on the same day that I place my order?
Generally, orders placed by 2 p.m. (local time) will be ready for pickup on the same day you place your order. Orders placed after 2 p.m. (local time) will be ready by the time the store opens the next day. Please see our Store Locator for hours of operation.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email, the credit card used to purchase and a valid photo ID.
Can someone else pick up an order for me?
Where in the store can I pick up my order?
Once you arrive at the store one of our store associates will assist you with your order.
Where do I collect my Curbside order?
Your order confirmation email will contain instructions on where to collect your Curbside Pickup. The store will ask you for your car make and model, color and license plate to simplify identifying your vehicle and deliver your order to you.
How long will orders be held in the store for In-Store Pickup & Curbside Pickup?
Items will be held for 48 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup and a cancelation email if you do not pick up the order within 48 hours.
What happens if I am unable to pick up the order within the pickup window?
If you do not pick up your order within the pickup window, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released as set forth by the credit card provider.
When will I be charged?
Your payment will be authorized when you create your order and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you pick up your order in the store.

Are there any products that are excluded from In-Store and/or Curbside Pickup?
Yes, some items may be restricted from In-Store Pickup due to limited availability and shipping restrictions.
