When will my box ship?
GUESS and Marciano boxes ship out by the second calendar week of each month.
When will I be charged for my box?
Once your box arrives, you will have 7 days to try on your items and determine what you would like to keep. Once you have decided which items you would like to keep, please call 1-877-80-GUESS so that we can process your payment. You will not be charged upon box deployment or box receipt.
How do I ship items that I do not want back?
Each box includes a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Please place the label on the box that you received your product in and bring the box to a UPS shipping location. Ensure that the original shipping label is blacked out or covered so that the box does not return to your address.
How do I opt out of this service?
Please call 1-877-80-GUESS to opt out of this service for the upcoming month the week that you receive your box for the current month.
