Return & exchange policy
Although we are proud of all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, Marciano GUESS kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise up to 30 days after shipment. Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method, except for purchases made with a gift card. Gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, perfumes, lotions, and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable. Gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Marciano merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the original retailer's return policy.

Return by mail
The above online return and exchange policy applies to all returns made by courier. Please note that this option is only available for items ordered from GUESS Online. If your item is from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.
STEP 1: Visit our online return centers:
If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the RETURN option in your order history. If you are returning a gift or do not have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process.
STEP 2: Include your Return Authorization Form in the return package with the item (s) you are returning to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may receive multiple shipping labels and return authorization forms. The return shipping charge for each shipping label ($ 12.95) used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that you consolidate your return using just one of the shipping labels and attaching any return authorization forms printed in the package. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you can return it using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest that you insure your package if you use an alternate shipping method since GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for any returns we do not receive.
Please note that we cannot provide return labels to customers from Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. You will have to ship the merchandise back through a courier of your choice to the address below:

STEP 3: Packing and courier service Pack items securely with original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Attach the shipping label to the package (covering the old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest US post office. You can also leave it in your mailbox for pickup by the local postal carrier.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are unable to accept returns by hand. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days of receipt of the items by us. Refunds are given for the aggregate price of the item shown on the original packing slip / invoice and all applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges and additional discounts. Some exceptions apply. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return to store
Returns to store are also subject to our store return and exchange policy. Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for a merchandise return card. International returns and exchanges are not permitted. Each of our brands may only be returned to their respective stores. For example, you can only return a Marciano item to a Marciano store. Certain exceptions apply.
STEP 1: Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for a store return by viewing the Return and Exchange Policy above.
STEP 2: Find the nearest store. The goods must be taken to their respective store. Certain restrictions apply.
STEP 3: Bring your qualifying merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order (if applicable).
We currently have a return and replacement option as an exchange policy. The easiest way to trade is to visit the nearest store. Please note that in-store prices may differ from online prices. If you want to exchange by courier, all you need to do is go to your online account and create a return, print a label and send the item back. Please feel free to replace the order and if a price change has occurred and you are in the price adjustment policy you can call us at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444- 8377) or email us at [email protected] and one of our friendly customer service agents will help you honor the same price for the replacement order. Please note that you will be billed for the replacement merchandise and that you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we cannot waive return shipping costs.
If you received a gift purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a store nearest to you. To return by mail, visit our Online Returns Center and enter your order number to start your return process.
Returns without receipt
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/delivery slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/delivery slip by logging into your account. Click Online History and then click View Invoice to download a printable PDF version of your invoice.
