Return & exchange policy
Although we are proud of all of our GUESS?, Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective GUESS, Marciano GUESS kids, and GUESS Factory merchandise up to 30 days after shipment. Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method, except for purchases made with a GUESS gift card. GUESS gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice (except for returns using the QR code option). Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, underwear, lingerie, perfumes, lotions, and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable. Swimwear purchased online and with the liner still attached is acceptable for return. Gift cards are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the original retailer's return policy.
Return and exchange instructions
Returns are now easier than ever! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:
Return by mail
The above online return and exchange policy applies to all returns made by courier. Please note that this option is only available for items ordered from GUESS Online. If your item is from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

If you already have an account with us, simply log in and select the RETURN option in your order history. If you are returning a gift or don't have an account, you can locate your order with your order number. Follow the instructions to start your return process.
STEP 2: Return Authorization Forms & Shipping Labels: Select all items in the return and request a QR code, or self-print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping Label. Enclose your Return Authorization Form in the return package if self-printing the label, marked with the item(s) you're sending back to us. If you are using the QR code option, no Return Authorization Form is required. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple self-printed shipping labels and Return Authorization Forms. The return shipping fee for each shipping label (CAD 11) used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed Return Authorization Forms into the package, or you can select all items you want to return from your order in the Online Returns Center for a QR code to make a single-package return. If you do not wish to use the QR code or return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since GUESS?, Inc. is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

STEP 3: How to Package & Use Courier Service:
Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. If using the QR code option, please head to your local Canada Post Associate location and have a store representative scan the QR code to print an in-store label. If you are self-printing the label, you’ll need to secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes (including GST, PST, QST), excluding any taxes paid on shipping fees, shipping fees and additional discounts. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
.Due to the current circumstances and in ensuring the safety of our employees, we apologize as you may experience longer than normal processing timelines for returns. Please use your online access to check the refund status and allow for possible delays in returns processing.
Return In-store
The above Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all in-store returns. In-store returns are also subject to our store Returns and Exchange Policy. Merchandise may be returned to any store. For example, you can return a Marciano item to a Factory store. Certain restrictions may apply.
STEP 1: Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by reviewing the above Returns and Exchange Policy.
STEP 2: Find your nearest store location. Certain restrictions may apply.
STEP 3: Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used when you placed your order (if applicable).
STEP 4: Bring your eligible merchandise along with the QR code on your Order Shipment Confirmation email for a seamless in-store return. Show the QR code to a store associate for scanning and processing; no original packing slip or invoice required.
Exchange
We currently have a return and replacement option as an exchange policy. The easiest way to trade is to visit the nearest store. Please note that in-store prices may differ from online prices. If you want to exchange by courier, all you need to do is go to your online account and create a return, print a label and send the item back. Please feel free to replace the order and if a price change has occurred and you are in the price adjustment policy you can call us at 1-877-44-GUESS (1-877-444- 8377) or email us at [email protected] and one of our friendly customer service agents will help you honor the same price for the replacement order. Please note that you will be billed for the replacement merchandise and that you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we cannot waive return shipping costs.
Gift returns
If you received a gift purchased online, you can return it by mail or to a store nearest to you. To return by mail, visit our Online Returns Center and enter your order number to start your return process.
Returns without receipt
If you wish to return your online purchase but have lost your original invoice/delivery slip, simply reprint a copy of your original invoice/delivery slip by logging into your account. Click Online History and then click View Invoice to download a printable PDF version of your invoice.
